Our service department is fully licensed and insured to perform any repair service or installation.  With five technicians on hand, we are positioned to do all of the following:
1.)  Simple preventative maintenance and repair service.
2.)  Trouble shooting and diagnosing systems to isolate problem areas and make necessary repairs.
3.)  Installation of hot water boilers, hot air furnaces, domestic hot water systems, propane systems, and air conditioning systems.
4.)  Conversions from oil to gas or vice versa.
5.)  Provide free price quotes for any of the above services.

Service / Installation Capabilities
The most basic (yet essential) type of service that we perform is an annual inspection and cleaning of your heating system.  The annual inspection and cleaning service can often times identify potential problems that might lead to loss of heat during the winter months.  Nuisance furnace shutdowns in the middle of winter may cost hundreds of dollars to repair and will create great discomfort due to lack of heat.  The annual inspection and cleaning service will often times eliminate any catastrophic failure during the heating season saving you significant dollars over the course of time. 

The annual inspection and cleaning service includes the following:
1.)  Test and adjust your oil burner for maximum efficiency.
2.)  Clean and check the nozzle assembly and electrodes.
3.)  Inspect oil filters, strainers and nozzles as required.
4.)  Oil all motors on the burner and circulators if applicable.
5.)  Vacuum the furnace and flue pipe and check the chimney at the thimble.
6.)  All service performed must take place during normal working hours.

Note:  The best time to perform this annual service is from April to August as this is typically an oil company's slow season.  If you schedule your annual maintenance during the winter months, chances are greater that you might run into some scheduling conflicts. Please call to schedule your annual maintenance during April to August.  
Service Plans
Silver Plan:  The Silver Plan includes the above inspection and cleaning service.  In addition, there is limited coverage for replacement parts.  The inspection and cleaning along with necessary part replacement must be completed during normal working hours and must not exceed a 2 hour limit.  If the repair takes longer than 2 hours, the extra time needed will be billed at a flat rate per hour.  A partial list of parts covered under the Silver Plan include the following:  (1) Burner motor up to 1/4 HP, Single Stage Fuel Pump, Burner Transformer, General Full Flo or Firematic Oil Filter, Igniters, Standard Low Voltage Thermostat, Stack Relays, CAD Cell Relay Single Acting, Service Switch, Limit Aquastat Single Acting, Cad Cell Eye, Fan Limit Controls, Standard Circulator Relay, Blower Motor up to 1/3 HP belt drive, Blower belts and burner belts, 2 Standard Air Filters, Air Cooled Circulator Motor up to 1/8 HP, Pump Strainer, Pressure Control, Burner Coupling, Burner Fan, Nozzle Line, Delayed Oil Valve, Fire Valve, Circulator Pump Coupling, Gauge Glass Nuts and Washers, Air Tube, End Cone, Nozzle Adapter and Burner Gasket.  For a complete list, please request our Service Plan Brochure.
Gold Plan:  The Gold Plan includes the above inspection and cleaning service. In addition, there is greater coverage for replacement parts.  The inspection and cleaning along with necessary part replacement must be completed during normal working hours and must not exceed a 2 hour limit.  If the repair takes longer than 2 hours, the extra time needed will be billed at a flat rate per hour.  A partial list of parts covered under the Gold Plan include all those for the Silver Plan plus the following:  #8182 Combination Controller, Blower Motor up to 1/2 HP belt drive, Blower Pulleys, Standard Smoke Pipe and Draft Regulator (8" or less), Zone Valve Motor or Damper Zone Motor, Triple Aquastat, and Blower Bearings and Blower Shaft.  For a complete list, please request our Service Plan Brochure.
Hot Water Plan:  Our domestic Hot Water Plan is available to compliment the Silver and Gold Plans.  It is not available as a stand alone agreement.  It is only available as a supplement to the Silver and Gold Plans.
This plan covers oil fired hot water heaters and indirect water heaters only.  As with the other plans, the services provided must be completed during normal working hours and must not exceed a 1 hour limit.  If the repair takes longer than 1 hour, the extra time needed will be billed at a flat rate per hour. 
A partial list of parts covered under the Hot Water Plan include:  Burner motor up to 1/4 HP, Single Stage Fuel Pump on Burner, Burner Transformer, General Full Flo or Firematic Oil filter, Igniters, CAD Cell Relay Single Acting, Service Switch, Limit Aquastat Single Acting, CAD Cell Eye, Standard Circulator Relay, Air Cooled Circulator Motor up to 1/8 HP, Pump Strainer, Fire Valve, Circulator Pump Coupling, Air Tube, End Cone, Nozzle Adapter, and Burner Gasket.  For a complete list, please request our Service Plan Brochure.
Notes regarding the Service Plans:
1.)  You may request an inspection and cleaning without a Service Plan.  Please call or email us for pricing.
2.)  Due to the number of customers we are servicing, we must rely on you (the customer) to schedule your annual inspection and cleaning.  Again, we suggest you have this preventative maintenance done from April to August of each year.  Simply call or email our office to schedule your service.
3.)  If your annual inspection and cleaning are not scheduled and/or performed for reasons beyond our control, a refund will not be issued.
4.)  Due to the number of customers we are servicing, we do not have the time or resources to contact each customer to renew their yearly service agreement.  Therefore, all service agreements will be automatically renewed unless you (the customer) request in writing (an email will do) that it be cancelled.  
5.)  Any emergency service that takes place after hours or on holidays will be billed at time and a half labor rates if the parts required to make the repair are not covered by your service plan.  The above plans do not cover emergency service.  They only cover preventative maintenance services during normal working hours.
6.)  Our service plans do not cover pre-existing conditions and/or problems with your system(s) prior to the signing of the agreement. 
7.)  Automatic delivery of your home heating oil by St. Pierre Oil Co., Inc. is required for these plans to be in place.  This is required because we need to have control of the quality of oil that is being used in your system. Contaminated oil is the #1 culprit in causing premature failure of heating systems.
8.)  St. Pierre Oil Co., Inc. does not offer any service plans to maintain an oil storage tank, fill and vent piping, or oil supply lines.
